How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We generally dispatch all orders within 24–48 working hours after they are placed.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2–7 days, depending on your location.

Note: During major sale campaigns or periods of high order volume, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience — we promise it will be worth the wait! 

What are the shipping charges?

For Prepaid Orders

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

For COD Orders

A ₹50 Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charge is applied. This fee goes directly to our courier partners for managing cash collection.

We recommend choosing prepaid payment for a quicker, smoother, and completely contactless delivery experience.

What happens if my order cannot be delivered?

Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to three times.

If the package cannot be delivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin).

Once we receive the returned package:

• The refund will be issued either to your Stickera Wallet (store credit) or to your original payment method, depending on how the order was paid.

• Store credits never expire and can be used anytime for your next purchase.
