Here’s everything you need to know about how returns, refunds, and cancellations work
General Refund & Return Policy
Processing Time
Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days once initiated.
Payment Modes
• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (bank, UPI, etc.).
• COD Orders: You’ll need to share your bank details or UPI ID to receive the refund.
Return Refusals
We may decline a return if the product appears used, damaged, or tampered — unless the damage occurred during delivery.
Defective Products
If you’ve received a defective product, please email clear photos and/or an unboxing video to support@stickera.co.in within 72 hours of delivery. Our team will verify and assist with a quick replacement or refund.
For Stickers & Other Products
We maintain a defect rate of less than 1%, but if something isn’t right, we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
For Quality Issues
• Provide clear photos highlighting the issue or defect.
• If items are missing, please share an unboxing video so we can confirm with our warehouse and courier partners.
After verification, we will either reproduce the order or issue a refund within 5 days. Since all items are freshly produced for each order, we cannot accept returns due to changes of mind or incorrect selections.
Note: If the issue is due to our mistake, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
Return Charges & Refunds
• Refund Fee (Post-RTO): If you request a refund after the order is returned to us (RTO), a ₹100 fee will be deducted.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refund Method: Refunds are provided as store credit (Gift Card) sent to your registered email.
Order Cancellations
• Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• If delivery is refused, the refund will be processed after the parcel returns to us (₹100 RTO charge applies).
RTO (Return to Origin)
If your package could not be delivered and is returned to us:
• You can update your delivery address, and we will resend the order.
• Typical reasons include incorrect address details, unreachable phone numbers, or refusal of delivery.
Delivery & Processing Time
• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after being placed.
• Once shipped, tracking information will be shared via email and WhatsApp.
• Delivery generally takes 2–7 days, depending on the destination.

Missing Items or Quality Issues
If an item is missing or arrives damaged:
• Notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
• Share photos or an unboxing video for verification.
• Once confirmed, we will send the missing item again or issue store credit.
Without proper proof, we may not be able to proceed since courier investigations require visual evidence.

If there is any genuine quality issue, we will replace the defective item at no additional cost.
Order Marked Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking status shows Delivered but you haven’t received the package:
• Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
• We will check with the courier partner and arrange a reshipment or refund based on their findings.
Requests made after 24 hours cannot be processed due to courier policy limitations.
Non-Returnable Items
• Products purchased during Sale Events or Flash Sales.
• Custom or made-to-order stickers.
• Items that fail quality checks or show signs of usage.
